Questions To Ask Before Investing In A Passive Income Property
-What are the risks?
-What is the time commitment to profitability?
-What are the tax implications on buying the property?
-Think of the legal implications?
-How much work will be required to set up and maintain the investment?
-Are there any environmental concerns?
-What is the current state of the real estate market where you are, currently?
-How much debt does the property have against it?
